PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Super low prices for a quick high — that’s the latest street-level problem Portland police are trying to tackle.
Authorities say a man arrested near a homeless camp in the Hazelwood neighborhood was selling tiny, pre-packaged hits of drugs for extremely low prices — sometimes as little as $1.
