Paul Mcewen, 50, of Queens, was arrested after the incident at the Fifth Precinct at 1655 Dutch Broadway in Elmont at 10:50 p.m. on Friday, March 6, according to Nassau County police.
A 25-year-old woman was at the precinct filing a domestic incident report when she saw Mcewen — who police say was the subject of the report — about to enter the building, detectives said.
