COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — This year marks the 81st Annual Miss Georgia Scholarship Pageant with the first one dating all the way back to 1945. Miss Georgia officials say the annual pageant got its start in the city of Columbus and has not left since.
While the pageant will not take place until the summer, Miss Georgia is helping girls get ahead of the game with their annual forum.
The forum kicked off at the Columbus Trade and Convention Center on Saturday, March 7 and will continue through Sunday, March 8.
