Erie County restaurant inspections for Feb. 27 to March 6, 2026

At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded Feb. 27- March 6.

One critical violation

Burger King, 4405 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek Township. (No chemical sanitizer being used on equipment and utensils after washing and rinsing them, and prior to use.) March 3. Reinspected March 4. Violation corrected.

Dollar General, 16329 Rt. 8, Union Township. (Found whole milk dated Feb. 23) Milk discarded. Reinspected March 4. Violations corrected.

Mike ‘n DeAngelo’s, 137 E. Main St., Girard Boro. (Pre-portioned pasta dated Feb. 21 and other items removed from the freezer with no dating.) March 4
