Memphis man faces up to 10 years in prison for stealing cargo shipment, U.S. Attorney’s Office says

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A Memphis man faces up to 10 years in prison after stealing a shipment of Waterpik products from an interstate shipment, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Tennessee said.

Officials said 44-year-old Gregory Luss pleaded guilty Tuesday.

According to officials, Luss listed the Waterpik products for sale on eBay the same day they were stolen from a semi-tractor headed to Amazon…
