Providence Police Arrest Suspected “Hoodstar/4North Gang” Member
Providence Police arrested a man they say is a suspected gang member – who had prior gun arrests.
On Friday night, the Violent Crime Task Force was on patrol in the area of Smith Street and Chalkstone Avenue for suspected “Hoodstar/4North” gang activity.
Police say shortly after 8 PM, they saw Kurtis Lassiter – who police say is a known “Hoodstar/4North” gang member – in the Mandarin Garden parking lot…
