A disturbing discovery in Northern California has led to a murder investigation and charges against a Vallejo man after authorities found a body burning near a rural roadway. Investigators say the victim, a 29-year-old Vallejo resident, was killed in a separate location before his body was transported and set on fire near the Lake Herman Recreation Area.
