Portions of the eastbound E. Venice Ave. service road will be temporarily closed for vehicles leaving the Historic Venice Train Depot and Marina Park Boat Ramp and detoured to complete work on a City Utilities’ capital improvement project.
This road closure will be in effect from 6 a.m. Monday, March 9, through 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 11. Motorists will be detoured through the parking lot access drive located within the road median under the Venice Avenue Bridge. Parking within the lot will be closed while the detour is in effect.
Please note that the minimum height clearance along the detour is approximately 12 feet for the bridge cross support closest to Seaboard Ave…
