Syracuse, N.Y. — A 62-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting on Park Avenue in Syracuse Thursday night, Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick said.
George F. Townsend, of Syracuse, faces gun charges but has not been charged with homicide, Fitzpatrick said.
