GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. — The Gadsden County School District is moving forward with plans to build a new K-8 campus that will consolidate four existing schools into one location.
The new school will replace Gadsden Elementary Magnet School, George Munroe Elementary School, Stewart Street Elementary School and James A. Shanks Middle School. Students and teachers from all four campuses will move to the new facility, which is expected to serve more than 1,600 students.
