PENDER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – Lane closures are scheduled for a road in Pender County starting next week.
According to the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT), alternating lanes of Hoover Road from U.S. 17 to Misty Lakes Drive will close for around two months.
The closures will be in place for drainage and roadway improvements. Construction will include:
- Widening
- Resurfacing
- Pavement marking
- Drainage
- Pipe installation
