LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders invited the family of Chief Petty Officer Adam Brown to the Governor’s Mansion to honor him, posthumously, with the Arkansas Medal of Freedom. Brown was a U.S. Navy SEAL who gave his life for his country.
One of the guests in attendance was General Chad Bridges, who explained what this moment meant to him, being in the military.
“We had a number of Arkansas National Guard members and other members of the military here, and it was so honoring for me, for them to be here, to hear this story,” Gen. Bridges said.
