A new month-long pop-up marketplace called the Beyond the Divide Small Black Business District will open along West 9th Street in Little Rock from April 1–30, 2026. The event celebrates the historic corridor’s legacy as a center of Black commerce and culture, once home to over 100 businesses and performances by legends like Duke Ellington and B.B. King.
