Madison, Wis. — Franklin Street has brokered the $24.4 million sale of The Depot, an 83-unit community located near the University of Wisconsin campus in Madison. Built in 2010, the property spans 73,000 square feet and includes underground parking and a CVS Pharmacy on the ground floor. Shared amenities include a fitness center, rooftop terrace, electric vehicle charging stations and indoor bike storage. The community was 98 percent occupied at the time of sale.
