Southwest DC fire leaves 1 displaced, officials say

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — One person was displaced after a Friday night apartment fire in Southwest D.C., according to the DC Fire and EMS Department.

Firefighters said crews responded to reports of a fire at a middle-of-the-row home around 9:10 p.m. in the 1400 block of 3rd Street, SW. This is in the area of the Channel Square Apartments.
