SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — Drivers who use the westbound I-90 on- and off-ramps at the Four Lakes interchange will have to plan a different route.
According to the Washington Department of Transportation, closures to the westbound I-90 on- and off-ramps will start on March 8.
