ALBANY, NY (WRGB) — A 14-year-old is recovering in the hospital after they were shot in Albany early Sunday morning.
Albany Police responded to a call around 6:15 a.m. near the 200 block of Central Avenue near North Lake Avenue for reports that an individual had been shot.
