Taft Union High School’s soccer team got a big send-off as it headed to Los Angeles Saturday morning to play for the CIF Southern California Regional Div. V soccer championship.
The team bus left the high school this morning with a police escort and drove to downtown and down Center Street past the Fox Theater, where a crowd of cheering supporters was waiting before leaving for Los Angeles.
