Fatal shooting at KC Mulligans sports bar on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston, SC: 17-year-old Maxwell Thomas Koller from Summerville arrested for murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime after allegedly gunning down a man in the parking lot Wednesday night around 11:20 p.m.

Officers found the victim shot in the lot; North Charleston Fire/EMS tried lifesaving but he died on scene. Victim’s name withheld by Charleston County Coroner pending family notification. Motive unclear; investigation ongoing.
