GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Construction is underway on a 45‑unit Boston Square apartment building with affordable and market‑rate rentals and a food hall, a project Amplify GR says will help meet demand for housing and community space in the neighborhood.
The development is the latest step in Amplify’s multi‑year Boston Square Together plan, adopted in 2019. The plan has already produced a new community hub and commercial kitchen in the Southeast Side neighborhood.
