Philadelphia police are asking for the public’s help identifying the female pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle on the 4800 block of N. Broad Street around 1:15 a.m. on Sunday, May 18, according to the 35th Police District Advisory Council.
Officers from the 35th District responded to the scene after receiving reports of a crash involving a pedestrian, authorities said.
