‘It’s horrible’: Puppy found with ears cut off at Alabama construction site

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A puppy found mutilated earlier this week in Mobile, Alabama is now recovering, as animal services investigates who may be responsible.

A construction worker discovered the injured puppy at a site near Navco Road and South Octavia Drive.

City of Mobile Animal Services Director Robert Bryant told Nexstar’s News 5 the puppy’s ears had been cut off, and a wire was found around her neck.
