MIAMI — Miami Mayor Elieen Higgins asked drivers for patience on Friday and for months to come as Florida Power & Light’s crews work on upgrades.
The to-do list, which includes changing some 90 power poles in the city and adding miles of underground lines, will prompt temporary street closures.
