Teen charged after opening fire on vehicle with AR-style rifle in Lincoln, records show

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A 16-year-old boy was arrested after allegedly opening fire on a vehicle with an AR-style rifle in north Lincoln last week.

On Feb. 27, Lincoln police were dispatched to a home near North 14th and Adams streets on a report of a weapons violation. Upon arrival, a woman told officers that her boyfriend had received a video from a Snapchat account she said belonged to Dsean Wiley.
