Sioux Falls, South Dakota – Drivers across southeast South Dakota and neighboring parts of Minnesota and Iowa are encountering slick roads early Saturday as a mix of light snow and freezing rain coats highways before the morning commute.

According to the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls, a Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 9 a.m. CST Saturday for a large stretch of the tri-state region.
