British Columbia makes last adjustment before entering permanent Daylight Savings Time

SPOKANE, Wash. – Residents of British Columbia will change their clocks for the last time on March 8.

Sunday is the last time the province will practice “Spring forward” due to legislation passed in 2019. “Spring forward” is the day people abiding by Daylight Savings Time ignore one hour of the night every year and adjust their clocks accordingly.

The province’s decision to remain in permanent daylight savings time will result in a matching time-zone with Washington state residents from March through November, but will leave them one hour ahead from November to March…
