MILTON, NY (WRGB) — A Milton man is in custody, accused of sexual contact with a person under 17 years of age.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Chad F. Walco,, 48, on Friday, on charges of rape in the 3rd degree (class E felony), unlawfully dealing with a child in the 1st degree and endangering the welfare of a child (class A misdemeanors).
According to the sheriff’s office, Walco is accused of engaging in vaginal sexual contact with another person who was less than 17 years old while he was 21 years old or more.
