Jeffrie Morales, 33, and Orestes Herrera Jr., 43, were arrested after multiple search warrants were executed as part of the investigation, according to Easton Police.
Five search warrants were carried out around 6 a.m. by the Easton Police Department Special Response Unit, the Northampton County District Attorney’s Office, the DEA Special Response Team, Pennsylvania State Police Troop Vice, and the Northampton County Drug Task Force, police said.
