The Montgomery County Animal Shelter has reached a dangerously full capacity for their dog population, and the situation is so dire that the shelter may be forced to euthanize dogs for the first time in its history.
They are desperately trying to find adopters for large dogs.
Playful Teddy is on the list of large dogs that the Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center has no more space or foster placements to house humanely.
