Family of Everett Nunn reacts to decision to not file charges against EPD officer

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — The family of Everett Nunn reacts to the decision to not file charges against the Evansville police officer who shot and killed him.

Vanderburgh County Prosecutor Diana Moers made the decision after a thorough review of the evidence with a focus on body camera footage and 911 dispatch information. Nunn was killed last November when police say they responded to the home along East Louisiana Street after a 911 hang up.
