) – Fresno-area State Assemblymember Joaquin Arambula has completed a 30-day rehab and officially filed to run for Fresno City Council, sources revealed to YourCentralValley.com on Friday.
Arambula, who currently represents Fresno in his role as assemblymember for the 31st State Assembly district, confirmed that he voluntarily entered into and completed a 30-day rehab.
