Two Washington County parents are facing felony charges after police said their infant was exposed to fentanyl.
The case began when a 4-month-old was taken to UPMC Washington after becoming unusually lethargic. Tests showed fentanyl in the baby’s system. The infant was given Narcan and later transferred to UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
