The latest chapter in the history of Waterville’s Roche de Boeuf Bridge is still waiting to be written this spring.
“This bridge is owned by ODOT and owned by the state of Ohio, but it belongs to our community,” Steve Kasher said.
Mr. Kasher is a member of Save The Bridge Association, a group of about 100 people from around the area that is working to save the 118-year-old concrete and earth-filled structure from the wrecking ball by whatever means necessary…
