The chief probation officer of Orange District Court was arrested after an Athol crash last month for allegedly driving drunk and carrying a firearm while intoxicated, records show.
William M. Delaney, 54, was barred from carrying firearms and lost his driver’s license for 180 days after he refused a breath test.
