LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Jim Baxa announced his withdrawal from the Lubbock County Clerk race on Saturday, thanking his supporters and endorsing Sandy Garcia for the office.
Baxa received 37% of the vote on Mar. 3. Garcia received 45.9%, and Rebeca Gonzales received 17.1%.
