JEFFERSON — A 34-year-old Jefferson woman and a 31-year-old Deerfield man could face substantial prison time if convicted on methamphetamine-related charges.
Heather A. Strasburg was charged in late January of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, as a party to a crime. Strasburg also faces counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, as a party to a crime.
Strasburg entered pleas of not guilty on Feb. 24 in Jefferson County Circuit Court. If found guilty of the possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine — as a party to a crime, Strasburg could see a $100,000 fine or 25 years in prison or both.
