New Orleans police say they need help identifying two suspects involved in a property-snatching incident in the French Quarter.
According to police, a woman identified as a suspect approached and distracted the victim by dancing with him before removing a gold chain from the victim’s neck. Police said the chain was then dropped to the ground, where the male accomplice picked it up. Both suspects fled the scene.
