SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — Caddo Parish families are gearing up for an exciting opportunity as Caddo Schools announce it’s districtwide Pre-K Round-up event, scheduled for March 5 and 6, 2026.

This initiative helps families engage in their children’s education by offering a chance to enroll in Pre-K for the 2026–2027 school year. The Pre-K Round Up will be held at district elementary schools with Pre-K programs, giving parents the opportunity to apply, meet school staff, and learn about Caddo’s early childhood offerings.
In a bid to encourage enrollment, Caddo Schools is introducing a new incentive this year. Families who apply for Pre-K by May 31 and are accepted will receive complimentary school supplies for their children at the start of the school year.
