SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) — A large street project will affect both drivers and pedestrians who use Minnesota Avenue in Sioux Falls.
Starting Monday, traffic will be reduced to one lane in both directions on Minnesota from Second to Eighth streets as workers begin replacing sanitary sewer, water main and storm drainage systems along with traffic signals and street lighting.
