PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man is facing second-degree murder and other charges after officials say he shot another man inside an apartment in Rock Creek late Friday night.
Around 11 p.m., Washington County Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of a shooting at an apartment in the 19000 block of Northwest Mahama Way.
Officials say the caller was inside the apartment and reported he had shot someone.
