ASHEVILLE, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – An Asheville man won top prize on a $5 scratch-off game.
The North Carolina Education Lottery said Clarence Payton played the High Voltage Cash ticket. He purchased the winning ticket from Tunnel Rd Gas & Vape on Tunnel Road in Asheville.
