OHIO — A Dunkirk woman was arrested Sunday afternoon after deputies responded to a report of a woman slumped over the wheel of a running vehicle at a Dollar General store.
According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the Dollar General on U.S. 68 shortly after 3 p.m. after a woman was seen slouched over the steering wheel of a running car.
Deputies identified the woman as Heather McGinnis, 39, of Dunkirk. Authorities said McGinnis appeared to be staggering, unable to stand properly, and had difficulty holding items, leading deputies to believe she was under the influence of an unknown substance…
