The Coachella Valley will see lots of sunshine today with above-normal high temperatures in the upper-80s and occasionally gusty and dry Santa Ana winds.In fact, a Wind Advisory has been posted through this afternoon for the West end of the Coachella Valley into the San Gorgonio Pass and Inland Empire.As a closed-low spins over Northwest Mexico on Monday, it will pull-up some moisture in the form of very light showers over San Diego and Imperial counties. The Valley will see only partly cloudy skies and near-normal midday temps in the upper-70s.Next, the warm-up begins, as an upper-level high begins to expand over the Southwest. Valley highs warm into the lower-80s on Tuesday, upper-80s Wednesday, then very close to 100° beginning Friday into the weekend.@JerrySteffen @NBCPalmSprings
