Lourdes University has signed a comprehensive Teach-Out Agreement with the University of Toledo to ensure that Lourdes students have a clear, supported pathway to complete their degrees as the university prepares to conclude academic operations at the end of the 2025-2026 academic year.
“This agreement reflects our unwavering commitment to our students,” said Sr. Nancy Linenkugel, OSF, President of Lourdes University. “While this moment is difficult for our university community, we are grateful to partner with The University of Toledo to ensure that our students can continue their educational journey with stability, support, and respect for the investment they have made in their education.”
The agreement establishes the University of Toledo as the primary teach-out partner for Lourdes students whose programs align with offerings at UT. The partnership is designed to provide Lourdes students with the opportunity to complete their academic programs with minimal disruption while maintaining affordability and access to student services.
