BELLEVUE, Wash. – A King County man is facing charges for intentionally killing a woman in a Bellevue parking lot. This incident occurred east of Seattle.
Police identified the suspect as 68-year-old Mark Alexander Adams. They stated that he also struck two other people later that same day. Adams has a long history of troubling behavior, including making threats against his mother and a past escape from a mental health facility.
