Police are searching for three gunmen after a Morrisania man was shot and killed inside his apartment building early in the morning March 6.
Investigators say the shooting happened around 6:30 a.m. inside 765 East 165th St. at the Forest Houses in Morrisania.
According to police, 27-year-old Jayvontae Simmons was found unconscious with a gunshot wound to the head. First responders rushed him to Lincoln Hospital, where he later died from his injuries…
