UVA psychologist shares tips for adjusting to daylight saving time

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – The weather is getting warmer, the days are getting longer, and it finally feels like spring is here to stay.

Dr. Kim Penberthy, a psychologist with UVA’s School of Medicine, said the longer evenings are something many people look forward to.
