Kenton County officer, civilians rescue man from burning car after crash

KENTON COUNTY, Ky. (WXIX) – A Kenton County police officer and several civilians worked to pull a man from a burning vehicle following a crash on Decoursey Pike on March 2, according to police.

The officer was injured in the same crash before helping free the trapped driver. Icy road conditions were listed as a contributing factor in the crash report. Both drivers sustained injuries as a result of the collision.
