BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) – A man is facing a rape charge for an allegation dating back 25 years.
Donald Spicer, 40, was recently indicted by a Butler County grand jury.
He’s accused of having sexual conduct with one girl sometime between 1999 and 2001. He’s accused of sexually assaulting a second girl during the same time period. Both were under the age of 13, according to court documents. Spicer would have also been a teenager at the time…
