KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Last year, fatal crashes on North Broadway became an all too familiar issue.
While the total number of fatal crashes in Knoxville was nearly cut in half from 2024 to 2025, according to the Knoxville Police Department, five people were killed in crashes on Broadway last year compared to just one in 2024. Two of the five fatalities were pedestrians, and one involved a motorcycle.
